For damage that occurred between drop-off at the port of departure and pick-up at the port of arrival – to the vehicle itself or to the loose content carried inside.

Report the damage as soon as you discover it. If at all possible, obtain a damage report while still at the port – it is the key piece of evidence.

Deductible EUR 500.00 per claim. For a combined transport and loose content claim, a maximum of EUR 500.00 applies in total.
